Online retreat from Quaker Voluntary Action

‘Rediscovering Home: ecological practises for humanity’ will explore ideas and movements that have helped individuals reorient themselves to the earth, rediscovering it as our common home.  Topics will include permaculture, community food growing, personal change and faith & environment.

The sessions will run weekly from Wednesday April 21st – Wednesday May 12th at 7.30pm, at a total cost of £40 per participant.  Anyone can join us.  Get in touch for booking details.

Expressions of interest are welcome for our following event ‘Encounters with Peacemakers’, to be held in the form of evening online sessions from Tuesday 18th May for four weeks.  This will include short talks from peacebuilding organisations in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territory.  Participants considering joining us on a future visit to the region may find this helpful, although this is not a prerequisite.
